My Grandad

Hi, Would you be able to uphold my Grandfather? He's in hospital with Pneumonia:(

He's fairly elderly and has always had fragile health in some way (including ongoing injuries from WW2). I would love him to know where he is going when he does die, whenever that is! (and my Granmother too!)
